I had the pleasure of working with Naeem when he was 18 and 19 years of age.  Naeem demonstrated a work ethic that most individuals his age have not acquired.  His determination and mental toughness were the foundation which allowed him to get to where he is today both academically and athletically.  Naeem’s mindset, character and determination made a lasting impact on myself and all the people that surround him.  I am certain he will be successful in all his future endeavors.
